Hi I'm Kent.
And I believe you were created for a purpose.
Let me tell you my story…
Hi I’m Kent.
And I believe you were created for a purpose.
God has created each of us for something special. We can feel His divine design pushing us to greatness. It’s exciting when we realize that God wants us to succeed; that He created each of us to make this world a better place. Yet so many live unsatisfied, unfulfilled lives. Many years ago I discovered that it doesn’t have to be this way.
Let me tell you my story…
As a young man I was a successful sports broadcaster in Southern California.
I served as a television sports anchor for NBC and CBS where I interviewed many notable athletes, such as Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Pete Rose, Muhammad Ali and Carl Lewis. From the outside, it looked like I was living the dream life. But inside I knew I was designed for something more. When I laid my broadcast career down to follow God’s calling, I found out who I really was meant to be.
Today I’m the President of Southeastern University where I have the opportunity to impact thousands of lives each day. I get to help build an institution whose students become industry and ministry leaders around the globe. I have no doubt that I’m doing exactly what I’ve been designed to do.
But how do you figure out your divine design?
Through this journey I developed a framework that has helped build successful organizations and a successful life. I want to share that framework with you.
If you’re ready to live out your calling and become the person who God has created you to be, I want to help. Together we’ll discover your passions, what you were made to do, and build a framework that will guide you toward success.
Here are a few ways to connect with the Framework Principles and elevate the way you lead.
Whether it’s a conversation with Sadie Robertson Huff on the Framework Leadership podcast or reading about how you can develop a learning mindset, I hope these resources help take your leadership abilities to the next level.
But what I spend most of my time doing is being President of Southeastern University, which is one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
